How to Create a Coloring Caddy for your Toddler
I was walking around Walmart one day with my daughter and found a classroom caddy that I thought would make for the perfect solution to store her coloring supplies on her table.
Supplies:
- Classroom caddy
- Construction paper
- Printer paper
- Coloring books
- Stickers/sticker books
- *Clicks markers
- *Twistables crayons
- Jumbo crayons
- Caddy
*I was constantly getting frustrated because her markers kept drying out. She either didn’t put the lids back on or lost them completely. I decided to have her try the Crayola Clicks markers. They are working great so far! They are easy for her to click to use and then click to put away.
*I love crayons for many reasons, but there are a few reasons why they frustrate me with toddlers. They are on the skinnier side, so they are easy to break when they squeeze too hard. They also have the paper around them that they love to peel off and make a mess. I decided to buy her the Crayola Twistables crayons to see if they would be better. So far, I like them a lot for toddlers. There’s no paper and she can’t break them!
How to Organize:
