Homemade Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer

I absolutely love pumpkin spice lattes, but I like to limit my dairy and sugar intake. For years I have been trying creamer after creamer from the store and I have yet to find a dairy free pumpkin spice creamer that I like. Most of them taste too artificial or too sweet to me. This year I decided to try and create my own creamer and I believe I have found my new go to fall creamer!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond milk or choice of milk

1/3 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

*optional 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender until fully combined.
  2. Taste test your creamer to see if you would like to add any additional pumpkin pie spice or other ingredients. (Have fun with it and make it to your taste!)
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

In the fall, I love to drink chia tea. I feel like its just such a cozy drink! If I were you, I would definitely try this creamer not only in your coffee but also in a chia tea.
