Homemade Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer
I absolutely love pumpkin spice lattes, but I like to limit my dairy and sugar intake. For years I have been trying creamer after creamer from the store and I have yet to find a dairy free pumpkin spice creamer that I like. Most of them taste too artificial or too sweet to me. This year I decided to try and create my own creamer and I believe I have found my new go to fall creamer!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond milk or choice of milk
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
*optional 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients into a blender until fully combined.
- Taste test your creamer to see if you would like to add any additional pumpkin pie spice or other ingredients. (Have fun with it and make it to your taste!)
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
In the fall, I love to drink chia tea. I feel like its just such a cozy drink! If I were you, I would definitely try this creamer not only in your coffee but also in a chia tea.
